PERFORMANCE is the BEST!! We are fairly new residents of AL and had not yet selected an auto maintenance facility. Costco recommended Performance. I went there one day last week to check out the shop to see if we might be interested. Joanie was at the front desk and was the most amazing young woman with excellent customer service. She said that she had been there for over 15 years. If someone with her skills and who could work anywhere, chooses to stay with Performance, I’m convinced that Performance is a good facility for me. I went in yesterday for auto service. Joanie was there as well as Joe who works the front desk also. Joe also has excellent customer service and has been there over 15 years as well. Mike, the owner, happened to be in the shop yesterday and he was as kind and helpful as his staff. They all are honest and totally transparent when recommending services and billing. I have absolute confidence and trust in them already and I don’t need to look elsewhere for future auto service needs. One visit and we are loyal customers. Rick

I brought my mom and daughter to Huntsville for a mini vacation. We were traveling from West Tn. I noticed I had a bad driver tire so I called around and with my tires being an odd size it was hard to find one. I called performance and spoke to Joe and he was so very nice and helpful and even found me a tire. He had a very friendly son also at the store. :) I would highly recommend performance tire to anyone who is in the area needing a new tire. The pricing was very reasonable and they got me in and out in no time

Best place in Huntsville for tire service and value for your bucks. Joanie and Joe are great and will take great care to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Great people.

An ill-timed accident left me needing a new tire, and front end alignment quickly. Joanie and the team at Goodyear got right on it - found a tire to match the ones on my car and took care of my vehicle on the same afternoon! The Tire sensor light on the dash did not go off - Joanie called me first things the next morning to check if the TSP light was still on. She said she would order a new one and call me back to install it later the same day. Outstanding service! High Recommend this business!

Recently had work done on my 2002 ford truck. The staff was very friendly and professional. The repairs were completed quickly and I was back on the road. I would recommend Performance tire to everyone.
